Here at Semiahmoo Animal League we are firm believers in not reinventing the wheel, and with that in mind, we are using existing program models from other humane communities in North America. In consultation with members of the public, the government of BC, the City of Surrey, animal rescue groups, BCSPCA, and volunteer agencies we are adapting these programs to fill a need here in Surrey.
